NOMAD ESCAPE is a family-run business, started by Fran Penney and Richard Mooney, who have shared over a decade together working in the Escape Room industry.

Richard and Fran met while working as Game Masters for Escape Reality in Glasgow in 2016, bonding over a shared love of travel and horror films. They now share a home with their cat, Clementine.

Fran is an experienced escape room writer and builder, having created several games for Escape Reality:
